• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, address, phone number, and date of birth at registration.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or after depositing a specified amount.

One of the following government-issued IDs must be submitted for KYC verification:

The following rules apply to placing bets in hvegas's Sports Betting section. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• Once a bet is successfully placed, a confirmation number will be issued. Please keep this number for your records.
• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled once the match has started.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• Hvegas is not responsible for missed bets due to connection issues during live betting.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, hvegas reserves the right to void it.

In casino games, all outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round will be considered void.

Hvegas has a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraudulent activity. Any involvement in the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all funds.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Software Usage: Placing bets or managing your account using automated bots or software.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to use the same promotion multiple times or in violation of its terms.
• Using another person's information: Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of sports events.

Hvegas may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a terms violation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If suspicious transactions or activity are detected.
• At the member's own request or under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team via email. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance.
